《We are Super Mario》

Today we start our triathlon training🏃🏻‍♂️🏃🏻‍♀️🚴🏻‍♀️🚴🏊‍♀️🏊!
Before we can do a Kids Triathlon,
we need to build up our muscles💪🏻,
get the body moving and create a nice, weekly rhythm for fitness activities.
This is why we have the training for muscular endurance and muscles strength.
